oats they say is a healthy item. so in order to loose weight i would have a bowl of oats with curd as have a problem with milk :(.. so few days back read someones recipe and modified it for my convince...

- regular oats
- wheat flour
- curd
- onions
- green chilies
- cumin seeds
- salt
- oil
DIRECTIONS:
- soak the oats in curd for a while (i prefer the curd to be a little sour) till it becomes soft and a little pulpy. some prefer it churning it in mixer but i like leaving it that way
- add some wheat flour to it and some water
- add chopped onions, finely chopped green chilies, cumin seeds and salt as per taste
- mix it well. the consistency shouldn't be too watery, if its too water add some more wheat flour to it to improve the consistency, it shouldn't be too think if it is add some water and curd to loosen the consistency.
- leave it for some fifteen mins
- take a pan, heat it for a while and when its hot add some oil and spread it
- now take some of the mixture and spread it on the pan and wait for it to roast till it becomes brown
- when done one side flip it to the other
- and now serve it with chutney
